A Wedding

Our 2011 year went out with a bang, rush and flurry. In that order, I do believe. After Grandma’s funeral celebration (I wish there were a better way to say that. I do not like the word “funeral” and it was a wonderful time of reminiscing), we had a wedding.

A McCarthy wedding! Joshua McCarthy and Eden Estrada got married on Friday, December 30th. And all three of our boys were groomsmen. Aren’t they handsome?

The McCarthy’s are a family we love and admire. Who wouldn’t? When you have 11 children that love to laugh, play, and discuss politics and religion!
We wish Josh and Eden the best in their new life together serving the Lord Jesus. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Joshua McCarthy!

  1. What a great way to start off the new year: a home "send-off" and the marriage of two believers! The wedding photos look gorgeous. By the way, I agree with your estimation of the McCarthy family. I'm so glad that we have had the chance to get to know them a little over the last couple of years. That goes for your family, as well! Happy New Year!

  2. Thank you for posting pictures... we've been anxious to see some. How cool all three of our handsome nephews were in the wedding. (They all look like their Uncle Luke.)Nice to see Josh and Mitch, too. Can't wait to meet their whole family. Nice blog, too, by the way, not just the pictures. See you in April!
